The ship remained in orbit around the station as the Security away team along with the Science 
officer got ready to board the station and take care or any remaining unwanted guests.  The 
team beamed over, beginning the preliminary survey of the station and were soon attacked by 
the remaining Jem Hadar forces that were in control of the station.  

The team moved along, taking heavy fire in the corridors, using all that they had to ensure 
that the station was cleared of all Jem Hadar.  They battled heavily armed resistance forces, 
sometimes at near hand to hand combat, struggling as they went to clear the station.  After 
eliminating the last pocket of resistance they contacted the ship and requesting Engineering 
and damage control teams for clean up, as well as power restoration.   

The away team made their way to Ops getting minimal power online, as well as gravity, sealing 
any openings with force fields before the crews arrived for repairs..

The pilots were sent to the habitable planet for a survey and scanning mission.  On the way 
there the last transport of Jem Hadar on the planet attempted to reach the station but were 
destroyed by the fighters.  The survey was a low level mission that discovered what appears 
to be an ancient Aztec like civilization on the planets surface.  The impact sight of the 
torpedoes was also seen as one of the temples at the far end of the canyon was but fragments, 
where the Andromeda severed the power uplink to the space station.  Survey of the surface is 
still on going as the information is up linked to the ship and routed to stellar cartography 
for further analysis. 

Engineering was doing routine repairs as by reasons unknown at this time our chamber crystal 
cracked causing a 43% power loss ship wide.  The Science officer slaved in the sensors of the 
ship into the station and has found us a replacement crystal, 800 feet below the surface, it 
seems we will be staying longer than expected in making repairs to the ship now.   

All major repairs have been completed, the phaser array, all torpedo tubes and the shield grid 
are all fully function, yet the communications array still will not let us penetrate outside 
the ion storms in the nebula to contact the fleet.
